Scott Rowe has been Hanger’s Vice President of Tax since 2017 and was named President of the Hanger Foundation in 2018. Prior to joining Hanger, Scott was VP Tax for Websense, a California-based company that relocated to Austin, Texas shortly after he joined.  

Scott has over 20 years of leadership experience primarily as Head of Tax for various large multinational companies based in Southern California (Gateway, Jacuzzi, Powerwave Technologies and Specific Media). Before assuming leadership of the Hanger Foundation, Scott was President of the Leander ISD Educational Excellence Foundation. 

Scott holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
